This course provides practitioners with an analysis of how Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and No Child Left Behind Act affect the education of deaf and hard of hearing children and ways they can be used to improve outcomes for these children. It incorporates a variety of activities to increase participants’ knowledge of how to use these laws to solve problems in their professional settings.

Program Description
Project Management is a 3-credit course based on the philosophies, principles, and practices adopted by the Project Management Institute (PMI). As one of the fastest growing professional disciplines in North America, project management helps participants to get a firm grip on an unwieldy workload by breaking it down into manageable steps. Program content will cover the information and skills required for certification in project management by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Participants will be provided with the tools needed for preparing their organizations to support the projects they manage, including the development of a real-life project management plan for professional and/or personal implementation.
